Privacy policy
Plain-language summary first: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Details below. Last updated: July 2026.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us on WhatsApp — your phone number, name as shown on WhatsApp, and the messages you send us. This is how orders, trials and support work.
- Subscription details — which plan you bought, when it renews, and the device types you asked us to help set up.
- Site analytics stored in your own browser — this website records your landing page, referrer and campaign parameters (UTM) in your browser's local storage to understand which pages work. This data stays on your device unless an analytics service is enabled, and contains no name, email or payment information.
We do not collect payment card numbers on this website — there are no payment forms here. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To activate, renew and support your subscription.
- To answer your questions and troubleshoot your setup.
- To measure which pages of this site bring visitors, in aggregate.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. In line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we send commercial electronic messages — whether by WhatsApp or email — only where you have consented or where you are an existing customer, and every such message identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe. Messages you start (a trial request, a support question) are handled as your own inquiry; we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Where it lives and how long
- WhatsApp conversations are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own privacy policy, and retained by us only as long as needed to support your active subscription.
- Subscription records are kept for the duration of your plan plus a reasonable accounting period.
- Browser-stored analytics stay in your browser — clearing site data in your browser removes them.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, Law 25, you can ask us at any time to: access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request on WhatsApp or by email at support@iptv-toronto.ca — we respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
