Buffering caused by your own wifi configuration, refusing to try our recommended player settings, or cancellations made after 48 hours of a successfully working subscription.
Do you charge a restocking or cancellation fee?
No. The refund matches what you paid; no fees deducted.
Can I cancel and get a prorated refund on a 12-month plan?
Generally no after 48 hours of working service, since longer plans are priced specifically as bundles. For exceptional situations (extended hospitalisation, etc.) contact us and we'll find a fair outcome.
