Terms of service

• Plans are prepaid for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) in Canadian dollars.
• There is no automatic billing. When your period ends, service stops unless you choose to renew. We may send a renewal reminder on WhatsApp.
• Prices may change for future periods; a price you already paid is never changed retroactively.
• The free 24-hour trial requires no payment details and carries no obligation.

• Your subscription is for personal, household use on the number of simultaneous devices your plan allows.
• Reselling, publicly redistributing or commercially exhibiting the service is not permitted and results in termination without refund.
• Sharing account credentials outside your household is not permitted.

• We target 99.9% availability and credit downtime as described in the refund policy.
• Channel lineups can change when upstream sources change; we maintain equivalent coverage where a specific feed becomes unavailable.
• The service requires your own internet connection and a compatible device; minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K.

Refunds follow the refund policy: full refund within 48 hours for device incompatibility or unusable service, prorated credit for extended downtime. Because there is no automatic billing, "cancelling" simply means not renewing.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
• We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date and apply to renewals, not to periods already paid.
• These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada; nothing in them limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer-protection law in your province.
